Delivery Charge
Free shipping for all orders. Pay attention to that we are not responsible for any duty or tax which will be charged by customs for international express. If there is any duty or tax which charged by local customs, buyer should pay this duty or tax so that receive parcel from customs. The refund cannot be issued if buyer refuses to pay it.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, once the wig production begins, the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows:
1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged 40% of the payment as a material fee for the manufacturer.
3. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged 50% of the payment as a material fee and for postage. For orders cancelled after shipment, you must send back the wig to us at your own expense. After we receive it, we will refund you 50% of your payment.
Return Policy
If you want to return your order, please contact us with all your questions and concerns first. Give us your order number within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any items must be in their original packaging. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Put Your Wig On
Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.
Styling the Hair
Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.
Storing the Hair
When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.

The wig was exactly as the picture, although I think it may be too long for me but I am planning to get it cut ever so slightly as they make them longer just for this purpose. An excellent purchase, nice and shiny and very different. When I take a photo of myself in it I will load it up so that others can see the affect.

I love the long human hair wig as it is the best in my collection. The nice pattern makes it perfect for special occasions. I even prefer to wear it for outings as it always makes my day special and memorable.

This is a great short style. Because it is shorter, it doesn’t tangle much at all, which is a nice change from the longer wigs. Really great wig for the price.

I am pleasantly surprised with my first wig purchase. the price was right and the hair is beautiful. the wig is easy to put on and doesn't feel burdensome. I never had a wig before so I'm thinking I need a wig stand and something to cover my hair (wig cap maybe). The wig does lose hair but someone told me this is normal. time will tell how great this wig really is.
