Delivery Charge
Free shipping for all orders. Pay attention to that we are not responsible for any duty or tax which will be charged by customs for international express. If there is any duty or tax which charged by local customs, buyer should pay this duty or tax so that receive parcel from customs. The refund cannot be issued if buyer refuses to pay it.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, once the wig production begins, the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows:
1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged 40% of the payment as a material fee for the manufacturer.
3. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged 50% of the payment as a material fee and for postage. For orders cancelled after shipment, you must send back the wig to us at your own expense. After we receive it, we will refund you 50% of your payment.
Return Policy
If you want to return your order, please contact us with all your questions and concerns first. Give us your order number within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any items must be in their original packaging. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Put Your Wig On
Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.
Styling the Hair
Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.
Storing the Hair
When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.

I was looking for bob hairstyles for work and when I saw these bob hairstyles, I had to buy. The wig was comfortable, a lot than many I’ve tried. Its been an excellent wig and the capless design is great.

I think this wig is really pretty and natural looking, and probably a great price if you compare it to other human hair, full lace wigs out there. I bought it in color 4, which is a neutral light brown. You don't have to do much to it other than curl the ends a little and it looks great. Thank you wigsen

Once I wore human hair wig to the beach and it attracted lot of pleasant attention from people. We had a good time and I did not have to be careful with lace front wig, it stayed smooth in breeze.

The length of hairs is short but then also due to lace front cap it is looking full of hairs. The highlight of this wig is its baby hair growth pattern if along the perimeter. The rare color shade will provides me different look. It looks good on my face cut.
